Simple Tips for Staying Healthy
With a return to school, please help keep Astoria School District and our community healthy by following these simple tips to prevent illness:
Wash Your Hands Frequently - scrub with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Do Not Share Food/Drink Items- Sharing food or drinks is a direct way to transfer germs through the exchange of saliva.
Cover Coughs & Sneezes - Use a tissue or your elbow to stop the spread of germs.
Stay Home When Sick - Keeping sick students home helps protect others.
Eat Well & Stay Active - A balanced diet, hydration, and regular movement help strengthen the immune system.
Get Plenty of Rest - Sleeping is key to staying healthy and fighting off illness.
